We want you to have a wonderful holiday in Tuscany. To make life just that little bit easier for you, we offer guests booking through us our own style of warm welcome. Just let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to help.

• ‘Meet and greet’

We’ll meet you at the train, arrange airport transfers or organise a meeting point for guests driving into the city.

• Finding your feet

We offer all our guests a half hour orientation tour of the city. We can also offer advice on local travel, where to eat and shop, local events, and where to stay in other Italian cities.

• Looking for something extra?

We can put you in touch with people who provide:
walking tours, country trekking, bike hire, visits to local towns, gold shopping, visits to factory outlets, Italian lessons, cooking lessons, horse riding, embroidery lessons, wine tastings, gym, tennis and golf, baby sitting, car hire, private driver, ...
